The migration of the dyes on the fiber surface is caused by the migration of the fiber capillaries from the inside of the fiber to the fiber surface. The presence of additives and their surfactants, including residuals on the surface of the fabric, aggravate their production, due to this thermal migration mainly with dyes. The structure itself is related, and the disperse dyes with different structures have different sizes of thermal mobility, and they are also different from each other. 3. The finishing process adopts a gentler process. The darker the color is, the more the dye migrates. The higher the temperature, the greater the impact on the migration. Under the condition of ensuring the setting effect, 150°C or lower can be selected depending on the variety. The temperature thus avoids or reduces dye migration.

4. Select the softener after finishing. Use hydrophilic silicone oil or self-emulsifying block silicone oil that does not contain emulsifier as much as possible. The silicone oil has good stability, discoloration and yellowing, and can play a role in dye migration. Good preventive effect.
