Entertainment is not necessarily a break

Sleep time is not as long as possible

Moderate sleep can eliminate fatigue and restore energy. The length of sleep should be based on the degree of fatigue. For adults, sleeping 8 hours at night is enough. If you sleep for a long time, then the activity time must be reduced accordingly, which will also affect your health.

Standing still does not mean rest

Many people think that sitting on the sofa or lying in bed is still a rest, but it is not. Because the meaning of rest means temporarily stopping work. If a mental worker is sitting or lying down, but still brainstorming and thinking about the problem, it is not a break.
